About Tyler Sparks

Determination and perseverance are the first words that come to mind when describing Tyler Sparks. At just 17 years of age, Tyler races 500cc Outlaw Karts year-round, summer and winter—and he's working hard on getting into a sprint car.

Tyler has built an unbreakable name for himself with, beyond all, his great attitude, extremely smooth driving, and eagerness to help out any racer that is struggling.

TSR can show up at any track, smooth or rough, hooked-up or slick, banked or flat, and we are competitive and run at the front. Past experiences running all the tracks in Oregon, and a few in California have gained Tyler valuable practice at being the best he can behind the wheel.

A strong point for TSR is whether starting at the back, Tyler has the experience to drive through traffic and get to the front, in a smart way, without tearing up our equipment.

Tyler relies on and greatly appreciates the support of friends, family, and sponsors. He puts everything he has into racing, and promises sponsors the gracious name they deserve.

The unfortunate part about racing is, no matter how smooth, fast, or smart you are, it is inevitable you will wreck. Tyler runs on average 35-40 races a year, so the odds are likely he will damage, or even wreck a car. Our sponsors are what keep us on the track, and it is something we owe them everything for.
